The Japanese-made Kiritsuke knife has a blade core made of VG Xeos steel (approx. 60-62 HRC) in a 3-layer construction with stainless steel sheathing. The thinly ground blade with a satin finish and highly polished cutting edge ensures high sharpness and reduced cutting resistance. With a double-sided grind and characteristic Kiritsuke shape, the knife enables precise cuts to be made on vegetables, fish and meat. The distinctive tip supports precise work. The ergonomic, symmetrical handle made of pakka wood fits comfortably in the hand and is suitable for right and left-handers.
Lightweight and well-balanced, the knife is designed for versatile cutting tasks in everyday kitchen use.


The signature of Danny Khezzar on the blade stands for the combination of Japanese design and French culinary art.
