Your knives sharp again in no time at all. With the roller grinder, you can sharpen your knives precisely and safely at home without any prior knowledge.

Thanks to the grinding gauge, the grinding angle of 15° for Japanese and 20° for European kitchen knives can be precisely maintained. The roller sharpener with special friction wheel drive enables the handle roller to be controlled at all times. The grinding side is diamond-coated, making it extremely durable and enabling precise sharpening of the blade. The grooved ceramic honing wheel smoothes the edge and removes the burr.

If you want to sharpen a European kitchen knife with a larger grinding angle to 15°, we recommend first using the additional 200 mm diamond wheel (item H07-530-0200-3). This allows you to sharpen the kitchen knife to the 15° angle.

The knife sharpener has been handmade in the Black Forest by Otmar and Timo Horl since 1993 and meets the highest manufacturing standards in terms of design and quality.
