The cutting board can be used on both sides. The juice groove on one side catches the meat juices when cutting pieces of meat. The other side is flat and can be used for cutting vegetables or herbs.

The stops are located on both sides. When pushed up against the edge of a table or kitchen counter, it allows you to prep food safely without the cutting board slipping away.
