The Güde universal knife is a small, handy knife that is particularly suitable for cutting, cleaning or peeling vegetables and fruit.

The blade is made of special stainless knife steel, is finely serrated and has a hollow grind on both sides. The finely polished handle is made of robust, layered Hostaform (high-quality plastic) and is therefore easy to clean.
