Melting bowl / water bath

The melting bowl can be used to gently melt or heat chocolate, butter and other foods over a water bath. The melter has two different sized pouring rims for convenient and precise work and is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel.

The bowl is simply hooked into a pot. The food to be melted is placed inside and gently heated by heating the saucepan filled with water. The contents melt evenly without burning.
