Atlantis

Every product in the Atlantis series by Demeyere has a unique, patented InductoSeal® Sandwich base made of seven different alloys. The enclosed, bottom copper layer allows for optimal heat conduction and extends over the entire base of the pan. This guarantees a 33% larger heat conducting surface than conventional pan bases. The welded, encapsulated base of the Atlantic series is hygienic and easy to clean.
