The Demeyere gourmet pan is ideal for poached eggs, steamed canapés, Asian dim sum and many other fine gourmet creations. It has a practical support with four coated bowls that can be easily inserted thanks to its handle. The water in the lower pan creates steam, which allows food to be cooked particularly gently.
