Crepe pan, aluminum 28 cm

Frying pan made of forged pure aluminum with a high quality titanium non-stick coating.

Material:

- The bottom is made of Tripelinduc Radiant® which is composed of three alloys, thus producing up to 30% higher performance on induction stoves

- The body of the pan is made of cold forged aluminum.

Coating: The pan has 5 layers. The base layer is made of plasma titanium, the protective layer is made of porous plasma and the other three layers are made of PTFE.

Tip: To get the best non-stick properties, use suitable tool made of plastic or wood. Clean well after use so that no residue can burn in when reheating.
