The Dutch star chef Sergio Herman has teamed up with Serax - the result is the "Surface" cookware. The cast-iron cooking pot has a simple design and is suitable for any heat source. But it also makes a good form on the table. The inside is glazed and the outside has a rough and unpolished look

Cleaning:

Rinse and rub out well after use. As the edge is not enamelled, it should be dried well, otherwise rust can form.
