Large spice strainer that can be easily filled with herbs, garlic, whole cinnamon sticks, tea or bay leaves through the large opening. The ball is hung in the pot and removed again after the cooking time very uncomplicated. This way, vinegar broth, soups, stews and spice syrup are flavoured and the flavourings no longer have to be filtered out at great expense.
