Thanks to the gentle roasting process that Sirocco has perfected over the years, the Crema coffee is full-bodied but mild and balanced and is ideal as a lungo or mild espresso.

The best of the best. Sirocco attaches great importance to being able to follow and determine the path of the green coffee beans from the tree to the cup. Over the years, Sirocco Kaffee has developed its own roasting process, Alpine Roast, in which more air is used in the roasting process than is usually the case. This allows the natural acidity of the green coffee to be reduced to a minimum and the fine aroma components of the Arabica coffee to be emphasized.

Taste: Round and harmonious on the palate, with mild acidity.
Soft taste thanks to the light roast.
