Over the years, Sirocco Kaffee has developed its own roasting process, Alpine Roast, in which more air is used in the roasting process than is usually the case. This allows the natural acidity of the green coffee to be reduced to a minimum and the fine aroma components of the Arabica coffee to be emphasized.
