Pocket/Steak knife Damascus, Ash black

As a "steak knife to go", the Damast pocket knife is ideal for gourmets to cut with their own knife on the go. The special feature of the pocket knife Damast is that not only the razor-sharp blade consists of several 100 layers of stainless steel torsion damask, but also the back of the knife. The simple elegance is rounded off with handles made of stabilised, black coloured ash wood.

Thanks to the worldwide unique slide bearing in high-tech ceramic, it can be opened as easy as a feather.

Each knife is manufactured completely by hand in the Biel knife manufactory and is therefore unique.

The pocket knife comes with a leather pocket cover.
