Proud and smiling, Markus Kunz stands in his confectionery factory and stirs in the large copper pot. It quickly becomes clear that fruit spreads are his passion, to which he devotes all his attention and dedication. It's no wonder, then, that his confections are known and loved throughout Switzerland, and that he surprises people time and again with new creations and unusual combinations. It is all the more gratifying that his first book with the best recipes is now being published, written by Leandra Graf, who also visits selected producers, and whose exciting portraits accompany the recipes. With photos by food photographer Veronika Studer, whose imagery once again enchants and inspires.
