Cleaning set for Berkel

This set contains everything you need for gentle and thorough cleaning of your Berkel flywheel machine or electric Berkel slicers. Regular cleaning and occasional maintenance will ensure that the machine runs smoothly.

Before use:
For quick cleaning before slicing, use the brush and microfiber cloth - without any disinfectant. This removes superficial residues and ensures hygienic cutting conditions.

After use:
Residues can be easily removed with the brush. You can then spray some disinfectant onto the microfiber cloth and use it to thoroughly clean steel parts, knives and housing.

Maintenance:
To lubricate the sliding rod and minimize wear on the machine, we recommend using the enclosed oil from time to time.
