The universal cheese knife has a wide blade surface with two beautifully shaped recesses that prevent soft and firm cheeses from sticking. At the same time, the blade width offers enough stability to cut even harder cheeses such as medium-aged Gouda, Provolone or Gruyère with ease.

The soft cheese knife impresses with a very narrow blade that gives the cheese hardly any chance to stick. A fine, hand-polished, 4 mm wide concave shaft ensures easy cutting, while the forked tip makes it easier to serve the pieces of cheese.
