Oyster knife walnut

Forged in Switzerland (Emmental) from the new surgical steel 1.4123 with the hardness of 58 HRC and four times higher corrosion resistance. Walnut handle scales, precision workmanship and hand triggering by the knifemaker Hansjörg Kilchenmann in Basel. The deliberately flowing transition from handle to blade allows ergonomic cutting. The cutting edge has no contact with the surface due to the optimized design.
