Sea salt flakes from Iceland

Nordur sea salt flakes are produced in Iceland using a geothermal process that has been in use since 1753. Crystal clear seawater is fed into boiling pans and slowly evaporated with the heat of the hot springs.

The fresh, delicately crunchy salt flakes have a high content of trace elements, which gives them an intense mineral taste.
