Fät cocoa butter

Spreadable cocoa butter from the can for frying meat, fish and vegetables.
This frying technique has been used in the gastronomy for a long time. Fät is spreadable and can therefore be dosed precisely. Only a very thin layer is needed. You can either sprinkle the food directly with fat or mix the powder with spices or breadcrumbs and briefly coat the food with it. Advantage: a sealing frying crust forms immediately at high heat.
