Stirs and mixes shakes, drinks, puree, mashed potatoes, salad dressings, mayonnaise, frappés.

Recipe with the "whisk":

Mayonnaise

1 egg, 1 teaspoon lemon, 1 teaspoon herb vinegar, 1 pinch salt and pepper,

1.5 - 2 cups oil, 1 tsp mustard

Preparation: Put all ingredients, except the oil, in a not too large container and work well with the "whisk attachment". Then let the oil run in a thin stream while the Bamix continues to work until the mayonnaise has reached the desired firmness.
